Project Overview

A monumental infrastructure project aimed at resolving chronic water storage scarcity in the rural Eastern Zone. We designed, constructed, and continue to maintain multiple heavy-duty RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) overhead tanks capable of holding massive capacities of filtered drinking water.

Scope of Work

Extensive soil testing and deep piling foundation work
Erecting 30m high reinforced concrete columns
Casting completely watertight 5-lakh liter capacity main holding tanks
Integration of heavy-duty pipeline networking and distribution valves

The Challenge

Ensuring deep structural integrity against heavy wind loads, water mass displacement, and potential seismic activity in elevated concrete structures reaching over 30 meters high.

Our Solution

Utilized high-grade Fe-550 TMT bars and advanced M-30/M-40 concrete mixtures from our own localized batching plants to guarantee maximum longevity and zero-leakage safety.

Project Impact

Currently delivering safe, gravity-pressurized drinking water to over 150,000 residents across the Eastern Zone, vastly improving public health and sanitation.
