A highly visible prestige project involving the rigorous maintenance, beautification, and structural reinforcement of the NIIT Ganga Ghat steps, as well as the construction of a heavy 2-kilometer RCC wall boundary directly spanning the riverfront.
Scope of Work
The Challenge
Working in a hazardous, flood-prone riverside environment requiring moisture-resistant materials and ultra-rapid execution phases to beat the harsh monsoon flooding seasons.
Our Solution
Implemented specialized waterproofing compounds, anti-erosion base layers, and rapid-deployment steel formwork to construct the 2km RCC wall securely and swiftly before water levels peaked.
Project Impact
Crucially preventing monsoon soil erosion while providing safe, aesthetic, and hygienic recreational access to the holy riverfront for thousands of daily civic visitors and pilgrims.
